Separate the Broccoli and separate then clean the florets well.

Cut the French Beans into your desired pieces. Cut the Green Pepper and Dhania.

Grate your carrot.

Slice your onions and saute them in low heat until they are transculent.

Add the Broccoli and French beans and fry them while stirring.

Add your carrots and a little water if too dry.

You can add your Green Pepper and Dhania, salt to taste and spices of your choice.

You can add some squeezed Orange juice and remove from the heat.

Serve while it is still hot with starch of your choice.
