Fried Yam, Ripe Plantain with Egg and Sardine Sauce

Peel the yam, wash and slice, wash the ripe plantain and slice. Wash and blend the fresh pepper and tomatoes, peel, chop the onions

Heat the groundnut oil in the deep fryer and fry the yam and ripe plantain

Break the 3 eggs, open the sardine and add to the eggs. Add salt and half one cube. Stir together.

Place frying pan on heat, add groundnut oil, add chopped onions, allow to fry. Add blended fresh pepper and tomatoes. Add the mixed egg and sardine and fry.

Serve the fried yam, plantain with the egg and sardine sauce
