In a small bowl or directly in the ceramic mug, mix all the ingredients well so that no lumps form. Use a fork for it.
Microwave on high for 1minute.
(like other of my mug cakes, this can also be steamed).
Served with grated carrot and chopped nuts mixed with little whipped cream
