Break and wash the coconut

Slice the coconut to bits with a grater.

Now slice the coconut to very tiny bits using a knife with a chopping board.

Place a frying pan on heat to dry. Add sugar

Allow the sugar to melt

Add the coconut to the sugar

Add a little coconut oil and stir.

Fry till it is golden brown and crispy.

Use a ice cream scoop and take the coconut candle.

Place the scooped coconut candle in a tray side by side.

Get a nylon and wrap each scoop so as to make it stick together and also perserve it. Store as desired.

Eat as desired. It's a delicious crispy snack loved by kids and all.
