1 kgpotatoes peeled and sliced thinly
4beef sausages
Oil
Tomato and Garlic paste
Salt

Steps

1

Heat the oil in a wok until very hot, not smoking, dip in the sausage first and let them cook until ready, all sides browned nicely.

Add the potatoes in to the hot oil, let them until they are crisp.

Serve hot with the sausages..and cold drink, soda or juice
