Steps

  1. 1

    Peel ur plantain and fry it and set aside Break ur eggs in a clean container add ur chopped pepper,onion,ginger and maggi

  2. 2

    To a pre heated frying pan add ur egg mixture to it and arranged ur fried plaintain and sausage. Reduce the flame to a low one and cover the pan

  3. 3
