Ingredients

  1. Whole local chicken
  2. Seasoning
  3. Curry and thyme
  4. Seasoning
  5. Salt
  6. Onions
  7. Mixed spices
  8. Garlic
  9. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and dice chicken into desired shapes.

  2. 2

    Put in a pot add seasoning and other ingredients and cook, do not add water until after some time. Add more water later and allow to cook till soft.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and fry till golden brown.
