Boil the soaked Chana daal with double of water of Chana daal with Cinnamon stick,sugar,salt, Turmeric powder, cardomom,chilli powder for 10 minutes.

Heat 3tsp ghee and add cumin seeds.

Now,add tomato puree and cream and stir for 5 minutes on on low flame.

Now,add boiled daal and stir for a minute.Sprinkle grated coconut and coriander leaves.Temper cumin seeds and Julienne ginger and pour on it.
