Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes and slice them thinly (wedge like)

  2. 2

    Heat your cooking oil like that of mandazi

  3. 3

    Then dip your sliced potatoes and fry till ready

  4. 4

    Serve with your favourite sauce
