Wash and grind your soya bean. Pour into a pot, add ruwan tsami or alum and cook for 2hrs or until it starts been solid. Strain with a cloth and press to take a shape.

When it is cool. Soak in water mixed with salt and maggi. While it soak, heat some oil in a pan. Remove from the maggi mix and fry in oil immediately. For 3mins and strain. Serve with vegetables of your choice
