Cut onion and bell pepper in thin slices.

Peel the sweet limes and cut in small pieces.

Grate Raw mango and carrot. Do not do a fine grate.

Finely chop the green chili.

Optionally, you can add finely chopped parsley as well.

Mix all ingredients and add salt to taste.
