Ingredients

  1. 1baguette for crostini
  2. 1/2 cupcream cheese (about 125 grams)
  3. 4 1/2 ozsmoked Norwegian salmon (about 125 grams)
  4. 1 bunchchives
  5. Salt
  6. Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the baguette and toast the slices in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil.

  2. 2

    Mix the cream cheese with chopped chives, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Using a piping bag, pipe small dollops of the cheese mixture onto the crostini. Add a slice of salmon and garnish with chives.
