This chaat recipe is very nutritious and healthy and is flavourful and yummy at the same time.It's an easy recipe to prepare and serves as a great snack which you can have at anytime of the day.

Soak Yellow split Moong Daal for 2-3 hours.Wash the soaked daal thoroughly.Boil about 3-4 cups of water and add the daal to it.Do not use a pressure cooker.Cook the daal till it's half boiled.

Strain the daal using a strainer and keep it aside to cool down for about 5-10 minutes.Now put it in a bowl.To this add all the ingredients.Add salt and red chilli powder.Squeeze a lime and give a nice toss.The Moong daal chaat is ready to serve.
