Steps

Wash and cut the beef in to thin strips, add corn flour blackpepper salt seasoning cube and five spices

Fry the strips in a hot oil,

Drain and set aside

In a pan add oil, ginger garlicpaste, ketchup, soy sauce, bell pepper, scallions, and salt, hot sauce.

Add the fried strips and toast

Garnish with cilantro

I served mine over buttered rice
