Grate scotch bonnet and onions

Stir fry half of the grated scotch bonnet with oil continuously

Add required boiled water and add in parboiled rice,cooked minced meat,peas,carrot,green beans,onions,maggi cubes and curry powder,allow it to cool until well cooked

In another pot heat oil and add in remaining scotch bonnet and stir occasionally,add maggi,curry and water and bring to boil

Add potatoes,carrot,green beans and onions and cook until soft
