5large size Potatoes
1 cupOil
Salt(pinch)
1tomatoe
1bulb onion
2scotch bonnet
2maggi cube
3 piecesmeat

Peel,wash and dice potatoes into strips

Mix potatoes with little salt and fry in a hot oil until golden colour

In a sauce pan heat oil,add in blended tomatoes,meat,maggi and stir occasionally

Serve potatoes with soup,enjoy!
