Ingredients

  1. 3potatoes sliced
  2. 1 tspnigella seeds
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1 tspgreen chillies chopped
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add Potatoes and saute well and add spices

  3. 3

    Add tomato and saute well till it is soft

  4. 4

    Add little water and simmer the gas and cook till potatoes get soft
