  • 150 gomena
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2onion
  • Cooking oil salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash omena with warm then sieve

  2. 2

    Pour oil in the pan and heat. Add omena then fry till dry and brown

  3. 3

    Add onion n then tomatoes and salt

  4. 4

    Cook for some minutes

  5. 5

    Eat with Ugali
