For ricotta cheese boil milk and put vinegar and boil until milk curdles

Now strain and keep the cheese in refrigerator for 10 minutes

For bread in a bowl put flour salt activated yeast and make soft dough

Now keep dough in warm place for 1 hour for proofing.now roll the dough into log and keep aside for 10 minutes

Bake the bread in a preheated oven(180°c) for 20 minutes.after baking keep the bread to get cooled.then cut the bread into thick slice

For topping put butter in a pan then put garlic and mushroom and saute for 2 minutes

Then put salt pepper and lemon zest and toss until mushroom gets cooked then switch off the flame

For assembling grill the bread until golden.then put ricotta cheese then mushroom topping and garnish with coriander leave
