Mix all ingredients for topping and mix well.

Now take bread slice and roast the bread slightly.

Then spread the cheese mixture evenly.

Put in the oven in a convection mode till you the colour.

Place the topped bread and cover with a lid and allow to cook on slow flame till the cheese melts completely.

Once the cheese melts it is ready to serve and sprinkle chilli flakes, oregano on top.

Cut it in strips and serve with ketchup.
