Steps

Take the boiled potatoes. Peel them and mash them with masher.

Add chopped onions, red and yellow bell peppers and all dry spices.

Now add bread crumbs made in mixer grinder and add green chilli chopped.

Add coriander leaves and mix all ingredients well.

Take small amount of batter and roll in the form of cutlets.

Dip these cutlets in maida slurry for good firm and binding.

Deep fry in oil and serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
