Grate cottage cheese, add all the ingredients under stuffing except ghee/oil. Mix well.

Take a deep bowl, add wheat flour, salt and ghee to it. Mix well. Add little water at a time and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 15-20mins

Take a small portion of dough and roll it like a small chapati. Put little stuffing at the centre and start sealing the chapati to cover the stuffing properly.

Roll it again to a big paratha softly.. Apply little ghee/oil to hot tawa and cook paratha from both side little golden brown spots appear.

Serve hot with white butter, chutney, or ketchup.
