Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuparhar /tur dal
  • 1/4 cupmoong dal
  • 1/2 cupGreen split moong dal
  • 1/2 cupchana dal
  • 1/4 cupurad dal
  • 1/2 cupsuji
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cupgrated or finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbsred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsajwain
  • 2green chopped chilli
  • 1 tbsginger paste
  • 1/2 cupchopped fresh coriander
  • Oil fr roasting pancakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak all the dals fr about 2to 3hrs.

  2. 2

    Now grind them to a coarse paste. Add Suji which gives a beautiful texture and crispiness to pancakes.Add ginger paste and green chilli,chopped coriander, all veggies.

    Now on a heated griddle spread the dal batter.and spread oil on sides.cook on both sides till golden crispy brown. Keep the flame low so that pancakes get cooked from inside too.

    Once cooked crispy from both sides serve hot with any dip or sauce
