Soak all the dals fr about 2to 3hrs.

Now grind them to a coarse paste. Add Suji which gives a beautiful texture and crispiness to pancakes.Add ginger paste and green chilli,chopped coriander, all veggies.

Now on a heated griddle spread the dal batter.and spread oil on sides.cook on both sides till golden crispy brown. Keep the flame low so that pancakes get cooked from inside too.

Once cooked crispy from both sides serve hot with any dip or sauce
