Carrots and potato stuffing bread roll..
Steps

Take a pan pour 2-3 spoon oil, heat oil on medium flame.. Add grated carrots or boil mashed potatoes, add green chillies chopped, salt, black pepper powder, chat masala, chopped coriander leaves mix well for 3-4 minutes.

Stuffing is ready for bread roll.

Dip bread in water squeeze gently to remove excess water.

Put filling in center of bread.Roll filled in oval shape seal edges so that filling does not come out.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
