Boil the potatoes and mash in a bowl,add chopped onion,green chilli, coriander leaves,salt, Cummin seeds and mix well

Put wheat flour and salt in a large bowl,add water and knead into a soft dough,make small balls of the dough and roll them,add a spoonful of filling in the center,seal the dough and round it with the fingers and roll them with a rolling pin in to round paratha

Heat a girdle and roast the paratha cooking them on both the sides and serve with curd
