Who doesn’t like samosas.But the deep fried samosas are not the healthiest we all know that.I tried to make health-friendly samosas by making them in Air fryer.Trust me there is no compromise on taste as they are equally delicious and lip smacking😋and I was the happiest as I had them guilt free.😀

Who doesn’t like samosas.But the deep fried samosas are not the healthiest we all know that.I tried to make health-friendly samosas by making them in Air fryer.Trust me there is no compromise on taste as they are equally delicious and lip smacking😋and I was the happiest as I had them guilt free.😀
Steps

First we’ll prepare the filling.Dice the potatoes in small cubes.Grate the ginger and finely chop the green chillies.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.Add jeera to it.Then and grated ginger and dhaniya powder.Add potatoes,peas and salt to taste

Cook on low to medium flame.Add Garam Masala and again cook for a minute.Switch off the flame when potatoes and peas are soft and nicely cooked.Keep it aside for some time.

Now for the dough,to a bowl add maida,whole wheat flour,salt and 4 tbsps of oil.Knead it into a soft dough (not very soft) and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Now take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a small circle.Cut the circle into two halves.Fill each half with potato peas filling and seal properly using water giving it the shape of a samosa.Fill all samosas in the same manner.Keep these samosas in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.

Now preheat the Air fryer for 5 minutes.Brush all the samosas with oil.Place the samosas in the air fryer basket.Cook them at 200 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes.Keep flipping the samosas after every 7-10 minutes.Yummy healthy samosas are ready to relish.
