For stuffing mash the boiled potatoes mix in mashed peas pudina salt and all masala and keep stuffing ready.

Now take a small ball of the dough and put one and half teaspoon of stuffing in the centre and bring the edges together to seal the paratha.

Now put it dry atta and roll out as paratha. Do this with light hands. Do not press too much. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides with oil and ghee and serve with curds and pickle.
