Steps

Heat the oil in deep non stick pan add onion garlic and saute on a slow flame 1 minute.

Add the tomatoes and 2 tpsb of water mix well and cook on a medium flamevfor 5-7 mint while stirring occasionally.

Add the turmeric, chilli powder garam masala and salt mix well and cook on a medium flame 3 minutes.

Add the soya, green peas and mix well and mix well and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- 5
Serve hot garnished with coriander.
