Ingredients

  1. 3 whole pabda fish
  2. 1/2 cuppaste of mustard seeds paste
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. To tastesalt and sugar
  5. As neededmustard oil
  6. 1/4 bunchcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the fish and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add nigella seeds and green chillies

  4. 4

    Add mustard seeds and turmeric powder mix add water

  5. 5

    Simmer adding fish and sugar

  6. 6

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve
