Mix besan,curd,turmeric powder,ginger green chilli paste,sugar and water. Mix all ingredients well until no lump is remains in batter.

Now strain this batter. Now take a nonstick kadai or pan,pour this batter. Stir contineusly.After 10 minutes mixture starts thicken.When mixture starts the leaving sides of the pan.Turn off the gas.

Grease the 2 big plate or thali and spread the spoonful of batter on each thali. Wait for 5-7 minutes.

Now put red stuffing on one thali and spread all over on batter.

Put green stuffing on another thali and spread all over the batter.

Cut the khandvi on each thali lengthwise into equal portion and roll up gently.

For the tempering- just before serving heat oil in pan,now put mustard seeds and curry leaves. When seeds starts crackle turn off the gas. Pour this tempering on stuffed khandvi..Serve hot and enjoy.
