Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupSesame seeds
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 pinchCardamom powder
  • For filling---
  • as neededFruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Take ghee in pan heat and add sugar

  2. 2

    Stir continuously till caramelized

  3. 3

    When sugar caramelized add til and Cardmon

  4. 4

    Stir and mix fastly
    Turn off gas

  5. 5

    Take silicon mould and transfer til mix in moulds

  6. 6

    Press with katori and shape like katori

  7. 7

    After some time remove carefully

  8. 8

    And add chopped fruits

  9. 9

    Dust sugar on fruits

  10. 10

    Our til cups are ready

  11. 11

    Garnish with mint leaves
