Grease the idli mould

Pour 1 spoon batter in each indent

Tap a little so that it spreads on it's own

Place little stuffing in the middle of each

Pour one spoon batter on each so that it covers the stuffing

Steam for 15-20 mins as we do for plain batter

Take out when it cools down & serve with gun powder or wet coconut chutney
