Ingredients

  1. 2.5 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 tbspactive Dry Yeast
  3. 1 tspSugar 1 tablespoon
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 2 tbspOil
  6. 1.5 cupWater
  7. 2 tbspGarlic Butter

Cooking Instructions

    For the dough.

    Take yeast and sugar in a bowl, add little warm water and mix well.

    Set aside for 5-7 mins for the yeast to activate.

    Now take Flour, salt, 2 tblspn of oil in a large bowl and mix well.

    Add in the yeast mix in and milk. Mix well using a fork.

    Add little warm water as needed.
    Knead this to a soft dough. The dough has to be nonsticky.

    Drizzle in 1 tblspn of oil and knead well.
    Cover and set aside to rise for 1 hour.

    When the dough gets double in size give some more bunches

    Now divide the dough in two parts

    Roll one half of the dough little bigger than the baking plate(round)

  10. 10

    Stretch it out of the plate to fill cheese sticks

  11. 11

    Fill mozzarella cheese sticks in the stretched edges and roll them to the edge of plate making 2" cuts

    Fill in the center part with pizza sauce(I used store bought)
    And veggies of your choice (I used capsicum, baby corn, some corn kernels, chopped onions and olives)

    Now pull and twist the cheese filled on the edges

  14. 14

    Keep in the pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes

    Serve and enjoy hot cheesy bites
