Ingredients

  1. Cake:
  2. 1 BoxBetty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix
  3. 1 packageLemon Jello
  4. 4Eggs (unbeaten)
  5. 3/4 cOil
  6. 3/4 cWater
  7. Cake Topping:
  8. 1 1/2 cPowdered Sugar
  9. 1/4 cLemon Juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix and beat all ingredients until fluffy.

  2. 2

    Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan for about 35 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cake Topping: When cake comes out of the oven, prick top with fork and pour cake topping over cake. Can be served with ice cream or whipping cream.
