Steps

Check and clean peanuts and oats.

Grind it in chutney jar. Once coarse add half cup milk.

Blend it to nice paste.

In a pan take 2 glasses of water.
- 5
Once it comes to boil add rest of half cup milk.

Add peanuts and oats paste. Stir it continuously on slow to medium flame.

Add salt and spices. Cook it for 4-5 minutes.

Sprinkle fresh green fennel seeds to give it freshness. Serve hot.
