Peel, wash and dice the bananas into desired pieces and place them in a dish with cold water with salt or 1 tbsp vinegar to avoid discoloration.

Cut and fry onions, tomatoes into a fine sauce then add salt and beef royco to taste.

Put in your diced bananas and mix well then add water, cover the pan and let it simmer until tender then serve hot with beef stew or any stew of your choice.
