1 tspnigella seeds
2green chillies chopped
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

Heat oil and fry the chopped spring onion
2

Add salt and cover till it is soft
3

Remove and add oil in the pan and temper nigella seeds and green chillies and saute onions
4

Add chopped vegetables and saute well
5

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover
6

Add the fried spring onion and sugar mix well and switch off
