Another must do in a pressure cooker! Best part is I have included below a recipe for a BBQ spice rub. One of the ingredients asks for a spice rub so I found the recipe for one and included it into this recipe. Have fun!

To make the BBQ Spice Rub as mentioned above: 1 Cup brown sugar, 1/2 Cup Salt, 4 TBSP smoked paprika, 2 TBSP pepper, 1/2 TBSP Cumin, 1/2 TBSP Onion Powder, 1/2 TBSP Garlic Powder, 1 TSP. Cayenne Pepper. Just mix these together in their own bowl, use what you want to use and to store the rest put in a Ziploc bag to keep moisture out of the remaining rub so you have it for another recipe for later!

Sprinkle chops thoroughly with either the spice rub you made above or any spice rub of your choice, make sure to get both sides and to rub the spice into the chops.

Select Saute' on your cooker and drizzle oil along the bottom of the pot. Once the oil starts to sizzle add the chops so they can sear on both sides. Do this untul porkchops are golden.

Remove the pork chops from the pot and using a wooden spoon and a little bit of water, scrape the bottom of the pot to get all the stuff loose at the bottom.

Place your trivet down into your pot and re-add your pork chops into the pot on top of the trivet while also adding your chicken broth. Lastly, add your BBQ sauce to the pot.

Secure your lid and cook for 10 minutes under pressure (Use the soup/stew option to set the time correctly.) When cooking has completed, turn the pot off.

Allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes than manually release the remaining pressure. After that pork chops are done and ready to consume! Enjoy!
