Veg Spring Rolls

#Chinese appetizer Veg Spring Rolls are popular and delicious.
Steps

Slice thinely french beans, carrot, cabbage and capsicum into long strips. Soak french beans carrot and cabbage in cold water for 2 hours. In nonstick kadhai add heat oil, add chopped french beans, capsicum (drained from water), soda bi carb and cook covered for 10 mins. Add shredded cabbage and carrots (also drained from water)..add salt. Cook till vegs are dry.

Remove from flame add red chilli sauce,soya sauce and red chilli powder..mix well and cool.

In mixing bowl add maida, thin semolina,oil,salt mix and add water to bind into semi soft dough. Keep covered for 10 mins. Knead and make 16 equal size balls from the dough.

Take one ball of dough,roll into thin puri.. place 2 tbsp of prepared veg mixture..as shown.

Make tight roll..and seal the both ends edges with water. Prepare similarly all rolls in above manner.

Deep fry in hot oil till cripsy and golden brown in colour. Serve /Relish Hot Spring Rolls with red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.
