Steps
- 1
Wash poha and keep aside to soften.
- 2
Puree the tomato.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan, add sweet corn and add salt to it. Cook for a min, or it will turn translucent or change it's colour. Do not wait to turn into golden coloured. Add tomato puree and add salt as required in tomato puree. Cook till water burns. (Here I didn't had sweet corn available at home so I skip that step, and cooked with tomato puree. But sweet corn is main, it will taste batter.)
- 4
Add onion and capsicum and cook for a while, add seasoning, all dry masala and mix well.
- 5
Add poha and required amount of salt. If require add chilli powder or flax as per ur taste, turn off the heat.
- 6
Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
- 7
Serve hot.
