Prepare a batter of daal,salt sugar and red chilli Powder

Heat oil and fry fritters,keep aside

Now heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

Add ginger paste and saute well
- 5
Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder and salt and mix well
- 6
Add tomato and saute till oil separates
- 7
Now add water and simmer along with the fritters
- 8
Add sugar and mix well
