To make stuffing...Mash Potato, and add all ingredients i.e. carrot, red chilli powder, green chilli, coriander, cheese, salt. Mix it well.

To make dough take flour. Add salt and carom seeds and mix it. Now slowly start adding water. And add water until flour starts getting crumbly.

Knead dough by using wet hand or splashing water on it. Knead it well. This will make dough softer and lighter.

Spread some oil on dough and give it rest for 1/2 hr at least.

Now roll chaptis like thinner from outer side and little thick inside.

Now take same amount of stuffing as dough.

Make ball of it. Carefully put it inside. And start closing it down by joining chapatis edges up around the stuffing.

Roll the stuffed chapati now. Let it be a little thick.

Heat pan on flame and put paratha on it. Cook both side until it gets golden. Add some oil or ghee on top of it.

Serve it with Fresh Curd.
