Soak chana overnight with salt and boil in the morning.

On other side in a bowl take aata, salt,ajwain,oil,small pinch of baking powder,sook urad dal,and knead a hard dough and rest for 1/2 an hour.

In a bowl take boil chana and add all dry spices and microwave for 10 mins.

In a kadhai add oil and put on the flame.Take small portion of Puri dough and roll it.make Puri and fry in hot oil.

Puri is ready to serve with chana
