Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cuppumpkin puree
  3. 3/4 cupsugar powdered
  4. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1egg
  7. 1/3 cupoil
  8. 1/4 cupcorn syrup
  9. 1/4 cupChopped almonds,pista chirongi
  10. Some almonds, and pista flakes for garnishing on top
  11. 1 tspMelon seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam pumpkin in microwave for few minutes until soft then mash well and keep aside.

    Sieve dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.(flour,sugar, baking powder, baking soda).

    In another bowl add all wet ingredients (oil,egg, pumpkin puree, corn syrup)and beat until light and creamy with electronic beater.

  4. 4

    Add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix nicely.

  5. 5

    Add all chopped nuts of your choice and mix well.

    Pour batter into greased, lined loaf pan,spread dry fruits on top tap it and bake for 12 -15 mins on 180℃ or until golden brown on top.

    Check by inserting toothpick.

    Note- You can add any flavour and more nuts of your choice.
