In a bowl add potatoes, peas, onion paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.

Shape the mixture into medium patties.

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown from both sides.

Spread mayonnaise on both sides of burger buns and place onion slice,tomato slice and veg patties on it.

Cover it with the other half of the burger bun.
- 6
Veg burger is ready.
