Ingredients

  1. 500 gmmoong dal
  2. to tastesalt
  3. as neededoil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a moong dal washed and soaked at 2 hours.

  2. 2

    After 2 hours then washe and drain water.

  3. 3

    Take a kitchen towel dal dry in towel for half an hour.

  4. 4

    Take a wok add oil then oil heat add dal fry in medium heat.

  5. 5

    Take a salt spread and mix.

  6. 6

    Fried moong dal is ready to eat.
