Rinse the glutinous rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 3 hours.

Bring water to a boil in a steamer. Steam the soaked rice for about 20 minutes.

While the rice is steaming, mix the coconut milk, palm sugar, and salt together until well combined.

Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a mixing bowl. Pour the coconut milk mixture over the rice and stir well. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

When ready, serve the sticky rice on a plate with sliced mango. Enjoy!
