1 cupall purpose flour/ wheat flour
3/4 cupfreshly prepared cottage cheese
1 cupfreshly prepared orange juice
5 tspsugar
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda
Butter for greasing

Blend the cottage cheese in a blender.

Mix all the ingredients together to make a smooth batter.

Heat s nonstick tawa and grease it with butter and put a ladle full of batter in it.

When one side cooked perfectly to golden brown then flip it to the other side. Cook both the sides.

Your orange cottage cheese pancakes are now ready to serve. Serve hot.
