Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 4eggs (boiled)
  2. 2medium sized onions (finely chopped)
  3. 2-3 tbspbutter / oil
  4. For gravy masala:
  5. 3-4tomatoes roughly chopped
  6. 1/2potato roughly chopped
  7. 3-4garlic cloves
  8. 1/2 inchginger
  9. 2whole dry red chillies
  10. 2green cardamoms
  11. 1bay leaf
  12. 3-4 cloves(laung)
  13. Other ingredients:
  14. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  15. 2 tspcoriander powder
  16. 1/2 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  17. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. 1 tspkasuri methi
  20. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  21. 2-3 tbspcream
  22. Some fresh coriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add 2 Cups of water and all ingredientes of gravy masala mentioned above.cover the pan with lid and cook for 5 -7 mins.On medium heat,let it cool, strain extra water (can be used later for gravy)and blend it to make puree.

    Heat a pan with butter/oil, add finely chopped onion and stir for few mins. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and stir for few secs.Add blended puree and saute well for a min.Add required water and cook for few mins.

    Add cream stir well,add garam masala, kasuri methi mix well.

  4. 4

    Cut boiled egg into 2 halves.Place in serving plate,pour prepare gravy and garnish with fresh coriander and with cream.
