Ingredients

  1. 1/2Gourd
  2. 2Bitter gourds
  3. 1Sweet potato
  4. 2medium potatoes
  5. 2 ridge gourds
  6. 4drumsticks
  7. 1/4Papaya
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 10Bori(lentil dumplings)
  10. 1 tbspmustard seeds paste
  11. 1 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  12. 1 glassmilk
  13. 1/2 glasswater
  14. 1/2 cupmustard oil
  15. 1 tbspghee
  16. As requiredPanch foron(including radhuni)five spices
  17. 2 tspGinger paste

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    First cut vegetables into pieces.Add oil in a pan. Fry bori and bitter gourd and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Add panchforon and ginger paste into oil. Add rest of vegetables. Add salt and cook in low flame using lid until vegetables will soften.

  3. 3

    Add mustard and poppy seed paste. Cook well. Add milk and water. Cook for 7 minutes. Add ghee. Serve with rice.
