Steps

First cut vegetables into pieces.Add oil in a pan. Fry bori and bitter gourd and keep aside.

Add panchforon and ginger paste into oil. Add rest of vegetables. Add salt and cook in low flame using lid until vegetables will soften.

Add mustard and poppy seed paste. Cook well. Add milk and water. Cook for 7 minutes. Add ghee. Serve with rice.
